During this hands-on virtual cooking class, Chef Brian Malarkey will show you how to prepare a Californian-inspired Thanksgiving feast.
Learn his top chef tips and tricks to prepare your kitchen for the big dinner, including timelines, shopping lists, and make-ahead tutorials. Plus, attendees will be granted access to our Thanksgiving hotline, where Chef will answer all your burning cooking questions.

Technology: We’ll be hosting the class on Zoom, so you can tune in on your computer, tablet or phone. The Zoom link will be emailed 2 days before the class, and a recorded version of the class will be sent to you within 24-hours after the class ends.
Shopping List & Recipes: We’ll send you the recipes, along with the full shopping list, 5 days before the class. Please don’t hesitate to reach out for help sourcing the ingredients or finding a substitution. We’re here to help!
Event Duration: 1.5 hours
Participation: You will cook alongside with chef, plus, we’ll host an interactive Thanksgiving Q&A for 30-minutes directly after the cooking demo ends.
